Delivery time very slow

The size guide for this polo shirt is completely wrong. I ordered an XL and the actual measurements are closer to the XXL size in the size guide chart. The actual chest is 120 cm and the length is 75 cm, but the chart says it should be 112 cm in the chest and 73 cm in the length. That's a huge difference. Also, the material is too thin and stretchy. I'm really disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll ever order from John Henric again.
