Was not expecting the $50 shipping fee. Would have liked to know that before my purchase.

Not happy with the additional customs fee I had to pay which was not informed to me.

I have yet to receive my order! UPS are not being helpful. They are obviously trying to deliver to the wrong address. I have asked twice now for a call +353-45-883843 or +353-85-6058819. Not happy as parcel contains Christmas presents. Astrid
