John Henric Global NEW

I have wrote a previous review but for some reason you didn't get it? Althought I am pleased with the quality of the products, I am dissapointed with the fact that you have wrote on the invoice the original price not the sale price (which I purchased the items). The Korean customs taxed me 25% fromt the original price. I have paid the sale price to you, but you have declared the original price before sale in the invoice so I got taxed. For the future please don't do this again! Best reagards

Good

Shipping could be improved but I understand its quite busy right now. Service is excellent.

Website easy to navigate and the clothing is beautiful. Shipping was not a good experience, I find UPS to be a terrible delivery company in this country. (IRL) no customer service etc. packaging was grand I was lucky my neighbour took it from the delivery driver!

reasonable shipping time
