International shipping is a little bit slow. Customer support is not the best which I experienced. Product is very great. Maybe you can improve a little bit size selection experience, cause looks like your size system is different than the average, sizes are smaller. Maybe more photos with the models wearing JH products can help.

Wool percentage should be increased

My experience was only average at best. Delivery was pretty slow and the products did not live up to expectation. I’m not sure I’m confident enough to be a repeat customer.
