Expérience très décevante en raison de la livraison excessivement longue (passage par toi prestataire différents durant 12 jours) et d'un colis arrivé lacéré au cutter. Pour le reste je suis satisfait des produits qui semblent de qualité

I ordered the tie for my weeding day. While ordering it showed that the tie will be delivered before the day of my wedding however they did not deliver it. Furthermore, when i tried to cancel the order, i called the customer service more than 20 times during different times of the day and every time they made me wait for 15-20 minutes and eventually cut the call without having to speak to any customer service person. Horrible service!!!

Purchase done thé 7/7/2026 but not yet recevied !!!!

Commande effectuée le 17 juin et toujours en attente de la réception le 28 juin… A suivre…

I didn't receive the product it was for my wedding just avoid this company
