The quality was excellent. However, the bag has one problem: it cannot properly hold a laptop. The strap that secures the laptop compartment is too short to fasten around the laptop.

Great product and great experience as usual

I liked the quality. I didn't like return payments by the customer. Maybe we drop it somewhere and it becomes cheaper than sending etc.
