Das mit den Retoursendungen ist frech von euch! Ich kaufe mit diesen Bedingungen nichts mehr bei euch. Wie soll ich im vorhinein wissen, ob mir die Hosen passen?

The delivery was supposed to take place on October 9th, 2024, but for some reason it was not delivered. Not even on October 10th. and not on October 11th either. I always schedule my deliveries so that they are delivered on the days that I am in the home office. Unsuccessful delivery attempts on October 14th. and 15.10. because I worked in the office on these two days. The package has been in the UPS pick-up store since Tuesday. Now I can take care of picking up the package because I don't have anything else to do. UPS service is the worst thing you can expect from customers!
