I have not received it. I am worry about the reliability of this service.

UPS came to collect more than $50 in duty fees. Never had to pay this before. Credit card was going through so UPS still has item and it was a Christmas present for my husband. Not only late, but fees????

Hello, I paid 49,77$ import charges for this order. Usually, you send items with free import charges. That was a nightmare for me. Hope you'll take action about this issue. Regards,
