The scarf is great. But in the end I had to pay double the price to get it delivered to Toronto (Canada)

Shipping was the worst, most likely due to the holiday season. It was supposed to arrive on dec 24 but did until the 30th. The package got lost then took ages to arrive, and the box was destroyed because it was too big. I was worried the bag would be damaged but it was fine, i think additional paper or something inside to protect it would be better to ensure is always in good condition. And the good thing was at least ups sent good frequent updates of the package. Products were amazing!

Love the belt. Unfortunately the sizing on the shirt was not the right size (I used the guidelines on your website). I guess it was made for a smaller, fitter man. It is too tight through the chest. I’ll find a new home for it. Also, the soft packaging you used looked like it had been through the wars.

i was charged over half the price of the cardigan in duties. i considered returning the cardigan because of how high the fee was. i suggest a more clear “duties and import fees not included” sign or bump up the shipping fees to account for it. i wouldn’t have ordered it had i known how high the total cost would be
