Pretty bad customer service

Incredibly cheap and poorly-made product that looked nothing like the photo. Highly misleading, and a refusal to reimburse the AUD 50 cost of returning for a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

its too small, no point in returning it since the postage will be almost same as the cost
