Ordered a coffee cup that looked ok on line. Upon its arrival it was so small I gave it to charity as I had no use for it.

The bag came out of the box appearing used. I reached out to customer service without a response as of yet.

Put necklace on to try out. Went to take off and fell apart. Wouldn’t buy again.
