Good service!

Got what I wanted but not what I ordered. When I ordered I didn’t specify tinted crystals so I was disappointed to find that mine came with tinted crystals.

So far so good

Customer service was helpful and kind. Shipping took as long as I expected. Disappointed in the quality of the frames.

Some possible supply chain issues that slowed things down considerably from my first time (in store visit). Still a great value, good communication, and a terrific product.
