I have tried 3 pairs but for one reason or another had to return. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the quality customer service. Kate has worked so hard to get me the perfect fit, giving suggestions, even trying the shoes on herself to try and figure out a perfect pair with a perfect fit. I loved the shoes but my narrow heel is a hard fit. If you are thinking of trying Jibs go ahead the company is awesome!

I ADORE these shoes!!!. They are super cute and stylish, but best of all soooo comfortable! Where have you been all my life Jibs? Immediately ordered them in soft white with the silver tip as well. Considering tossing all my shoes and having nothing but Jibs. Best buy of the summer

I don't like sneakers but I love these shoes! The pointy toe style is so cute and stylish. They're easy to wear and comfortable in the heat. They're my go-to airport shoes, too. Highly recommend!
