While shipping costs appear high, they're getting you candy from across the freaking globe cut them some slack. Other than that I've never had the wrong thing sent, I've never been dissatisfied with what I've received even if the Japanese Starbucks giftcards in their Starbucks grab bags don't make 100% sense to me as you can't use them in the United States.
