I love this website (and the app!) where can I browse, save an item for later and purchase cute items from my favourite anime. Navigating the site is simple and so is the payment option. You are notified of the parcel every step of way. I do wish that any consumables items can be listed, I know this may defeat the purpose for the lucky bags but I had a number of sweets/candies that I couldn't consume due to religion reasons (pork and alcohol) so I had given these items to a friend who was interested which I'm glad she took them from me as it's a waste of my money. I was too excited when I bought the two lucky bags that I totally forgot that I may receive food (that may contain pork and alcohol) so I'll take the fault on that one; so I'll avoid any lucky bags from now and stick to other items.

Everything was delicious & arrived very quickly from Japan. My only concern is that allergens were not labeled as clearly as we’re accustomed in the US. But, we use Google translate, and when concern just give that peace. We can’t wait to order again!
