Quite disappointed this time round with my order. I needed to return and exchange one of my items. Really disappointed that I seemed like a generic response and didn’t really refer to what I had asked. In a world where we can literally buy anywhere in the world online I thought I’d get better service and it would be more personal going with a local company but I guess I was wrong. Surely people must have to return and exchange often I just didn’t like the fact that it was never acknowledged as an exchange and I had to return and reorder myself.
