Some beautiful products but not enamoured with service. After short expiry date, given replacement (but only one instead of two) and then with a product that wasn’t equivalent to the one originally ordered. Pays to check ingredients. Trust and integrity diminished.

Was home when the parcel was supposed to be delivered according to Australia Post?. As I got a message from Australia Post on the Monday to say the parcel would be delivered between 11:30 am to 2:50 pm. I was home and nobody rang the doorbell so the parcel so the parcel was not delivered to my home address I had to go out of my way And pick it up in Cranbourne parcel pick up went there on the Tuesday to pick up my parcel showed them the message I had on my phone to be told it was not Cranbourne and that I would have to go to North Cranbourne parcel office. It would’ve been nice if they had put the right address on where to pick it up on the text message. They sent me from Australia Post, but the gin in Cranbourne was very helpful and gave me directions on where to go, so there is no fault of yours. Just annoying that Australia Post did not leave the parcel when they said they were going to as I was home.
