It took 2 weeks to receive my order. I ordered 2lbs of whole beans but received ground. I’ve sent multiple emails and left several voice mails to try and fix my order which is a Christmas gift. No one answers the phone. Now I’ll stuck. You may have great coffee but your online store and customer service is giving you a bad reputation. I just want my correct order.

Ordered the Blue Riband Blend

Ordered the Blue Riband Blend so as to help support the S.S. United States Conservancy. Received a 12 oz bag as ordered but it did not have the white label in the upper left corner of the bag. I have contacted their customer service department twice over the last two weeks regarding this and no one has answered either of my two emails. I wanted to save the bag as part of my collection. Without the white label it's obviously not complete and does not tell the whole story behind Ironclad supporting the S.S. United States.
