The chatbot was able to confirm my questions about whether or not I was buying the right replacement part, though it would have been helpful to have complete actual dimensions for the fins on the site (including length and slot size). The cost was better than buying from a third party to replace the parts and the shipping was fast enough for me not to have to cancel my camping reservations at the lake this summer.
