I reached out to IQElectro cuz I needed a part for one of our machines, and I wasn’t really sure what exactly we needed. We run a small shop, so if we get the wrong part it can turn into a big problem real quick. The guys there helped me out a lot and kinda walked me thru what part I actually needed. The part came in like a week later, with some install papers. Install was pretty easy, I thought it would be harder but it went smooth, no issues or anything like that. Honestly, I thought this was just another site selling cheap China stuff, but man I was wrong. Got my item in the original box just 4 days after I placed the order. Everything came perfect. Feels good to deal with real folks here in the USA for once. Product was in stock, price was fair, shipping fast. Not much more you can ask for. Good company, I’d buy from them again.

I want say thank you to manager of this company. Was little funny story. I call him because I want know what with my order, but I not know he is big boss. He talk normal, like simple person, and say he will check with warehouse by himself. After maybe one hour someone from warehouse call me and they fix problem very fast. I was really surprise, I not expect this. Next day they even give me free shipping. I very respect this company, really good people work there. I happy I buy from them. Number of boss was on my old shipping label, I just call it, didn’t even know it was his phone Big thank you again. Good company, serious people.
