Shipping times were very misleading. It took over a week to receive my order after I paid extra for expedited shipping. Very disappointed.

The web said regular ground shipping 3-4 days. I have a week waiting for the item

Very slow to ship, still do not have it.

Ordered a pool salt cell online due on the website stating they had 3 in stock and 2-3 day shipping. Ordered on May 11th. Contacted customer service three separate times the following week about the anticipated arrival date. Each time they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet. Finally, a UPS label was created on May 19th, and currently on May 21, that is still the status. It still hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.
