We received an empty box. Takes a day to receive information on missing items. Now I found out that the Modules are not new but also scratches on them.

Took a very long time to get the part

I purchased a motor, new in the box. I needed it shipped overnight. It took nearly 3 weeks to get it shipped. I will never buy from them again.

I Placed an order and payed for 2 day shipping. 1 week later I called in was told due to a software issue my order was never sent. Had shipping refunded and was told they were going to next day air my order, which was great. 4 days later my order shows up and 1 item was not delivered. Called again and was told they would next day air the remaining part. Here I am 2 weeks later and still haven't received what I ordered. Customer service is OK as they do respond and try to fix any issues, problem is they are completely unreliable will not be using site ever again.

Waited three weeks for breaker told numerous times it was shipped and it wasnt promised overnight that and that didnt happen It arrived 3 weeks later
