I wish you could get more information about how big/small the model is. I had another one that was way smaller than the one I ordered now. I would've picked another one if I knew.

Products are great, but I've submitted queries on 3 separate occasions and had no response whatsoever. Also there seems to be no way to submit product reviews even on goods purchased direct from the site which is odd since they form the basis of a reward in the customer loyalty programme. Emailed c/s about that too but heard nothing yet again. Missed out on a sale as I couldn't get ANY of the promo codes they'd given me to work and I couldn't contact them, and on another occasion because I couldn't get an answer about a product and missed it at 'sale price'. Shockingly badly run.

This is the third time I've responded to a request to provide a review. The link won't open in th eTor browser, so I copy and paste the link into Microsoft Edge which brings me to this yotpo review page. I've submitted two detailed product reviews previously, but once I hit 'submit review' that's the last I hear of it. I've never seen any confirmations to say my reviews have been received, none have been published, and I've never received the VIP rewards points promised for doing so. Disappointing performance

The product isn't durable at all. I used it three times and realized there's crack both above and below. And used their free sample lube and all. However, the experience of the product so far is interesting.
