I especially want to recognize Sarah Castro, who was absolutely wonderful. Sarah went above and beyond to personally support me throughout the process. She was warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her willingness to listen, answer my questions, and make sure my specific requests were understood gave me tremendous peace of mind. I had very specific delivery instructions, and Sarah took the time to ensure they were communicated and followed. She even helped coordinate communication with the driver, which made me feel confident that everything would be delivered exactly as requested. Her dedication and personal attention truly made a difference. The flexibility of the food selections was wonderful, and the food was delicious! Most importantly, the recipient loved the food and was so happy with the delivery. Knowing that it brought them joy during a difficult time meant so much to me. I am incredibly grateful to Sarah and the entire Instead of Flowers team for their kindness, care, communication, and dedication.
