Great sale on these products! I would have bought more if the filters didn't have a 10 year shelf life. Shipping was fast as well. I just hope that the bottle itself doesn't leak on the side like my old one did when it wasn't upright (where outside and inside containers meet at the top). If it would be possible to shave some weight off, this product would sell much better I think as well. Most people's complaint about this product are how big and heavy it is, as well as its price. I think this should be advertised more towards people travelling in developing countries, rather than hiking in Canada or USA. Most people who are hiking in these countries usually bring lighter smaller filters, since they don't need to worry about filtering viruses or chemicals. One last thought - on my last trip, I needed to change the filter near the end of my trip, but did not bring an extra one. I was looking in Decathlon stores in Colombia and Brazil, but of course couldn't find any Grayl products. I even looked into shipping it, but the costs were just too ridiculous to go that route. It would be nice to able to buy this product anywhere in the world, by either bringing down shipping costs internationally or If you could sell the bottles in stores of developing countries where the water isn't drinkable. (I understand this is easier said then done)

Shipping was standard and information prompt. Product is as promised. I work very remote with access to clean water limited or none. Normal contaminants in the water include Hep A, heavy minerals and metals. This bottle removes 90% of the gross taste and I have had no stomach upset or problems since using it. Very satisfied with product after using for a few months.
