Items came in earlier than scheduled and are working well.

Th inks that I had purchased a while back were new and not working, I call the customer service and they replace the ones that I had open but that was not working.

The customer service agent was able to help research and process my initial complaint and issue with my past exchange. They processed my recent exchange/ return of defected ink cartridges efficiently and expeditiously. My order arrived fast.
