Thanks known about you guys for so long but thought the price of buying this plug and play for brooder products was too high, but the easy it is to use it's worth it.

I've used it twice, and both times my steaks came out perfectly medium rare. Cooked them to 125 degrees (took about 30 minutes), then seared them in a pan with some melted butter for about two minutes a side. Best steaks I've ever cooked!
