first time purchase so have not yet used the product. Process was easy.

Rating is for InkHero - not the actual product (which didn't fit my printer, so I'm returning it). Hoping I can change this rating for InkHero customer service at some point, but for now, I'm not especially happy with InkHero and it's unlikely that I'd recommend them to anyone. . . . I'm trying to return an order of toner that arrived last week. I've reached out 3 times so far (via email x2 and left 1 voicemail when "nobody was available to take my call. ") for information on returning an order. I have yet to hear back regarding where to return it to, and what needs to be included in the return (ie: reference number, etc. ). It's all packed up in the original packaging.

The black toner cartridge did not work at all. It will only print half a page down the middle. The color cartridges were fine. Not good
