These toner cartridges have proven to be absolutely second to none so far. We are very happy with the price and the performance. Nice going, Ink Hero. You folks are doing it right.

I have to admit - I was a bit skeptical about getting an off-brand set of cartridges for my Canon printer. But, I just couldn't justify paying the full price of Canon brand cartridges. It is a substantial percentage of just buying a printer brand new. I've had these cartridges from Ink Hero for about 4 months now and everything seems to be working quite nicely. The print quality is nice and appears to be about the same quality of the Canon cartridges that initially shipped with the printer. The only thing I've had to deal with thus far is an annoying message once in a while on my control screen on the printer saying I have non-Canon approved cartridges. But, I hit the "whatever" button (ok, it really just says dismiss or something like that) and then everything is fine. FWIW - I have the Canon MFC751cdw laser printer.

I have adjusted my print quality, however, it does appear that they print out lighter and left side of paper is always lighter since using these cartridges.

Excellent customer service - but the web site needs some improvements when ordering.
