Shipping was fast but product was defective and customer service has never responded to my email requesting a return.

Terrible. No customer service and I've been cheated out of $75 for an item that doesn't even work. I'll be posting on social media platforms to avoid doing business with this company. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint against you for selling me a broken product and not responding to any emails or phone calls. Very dissatisfied

I'm very disappointed in the customer service. My box mod was defective out of the box and when I tried to contact you via the form submission on the website to see if you would do anything about it but it looks like I just wasted money because I never heard anything back so I won't be buying anything else from you.

I would give zero star if I could. I ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and did not get any help
