I spent a whole lot of money for an item that was defective when they shipped it. They literally don't give a good damn Categorically refuse to be contacted. The worst possible combination of dishonesty and thievery. You'd be better off sending your money straight to Nigeria or China. Give it to a homeless person. Flush it down the toilet.
