Never got my order only label was created never shipped my item with emails sent after like 4 emails they got back to me with we shipped it just keep waiting I ordered on the 4th they said they shipped on the 5th today is the 20th and nothing tracking number still says just label was created not yet received

WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE BATTERIES.

The mail care either put it in a mailbox for an empty apartment (& there are a lot), or someone else got it, but I did not get it.

Not impressed!
