never got the package, you guys offered me $8.99 for full replacement but when i asked for half price refund you ignored me. basically spent $40 on nothing for the titan 1 vaporizer.

Shipping was ok. Tracking number updated the minute it was delivered. So pretty much useless. That’s USPS I’m sure. The device was just ok.
