My package was sent back to the company and they will not refund my money or send my package back. Customer service doesn’t exist. This company is shady and I would avoid it.

Screens ordered did not fit, way to small. Was told by nyvapeshop they would "fit just fine." I went back and forth with 4 or five emails requesting a match for Storz and Bickel Mighty but alas, they did not carry the correct size after all. When I asked for a store credit I was told "contact us and we can figure something out". JUST give me the store credit!

Not good waste of money
