I bought this because I had a bjj injury, something popped in my ankle, and wasn't healing for months (because I didn't stop training). I started taking a different pepti-strong product and immediately felt huge improvements in my ankle so when I finished that bottle, I figured why not step up to this formula, since it has some really interesting, studied ingredients. I'm a couple weeks in, and so far my ankle is nearly healed, which is the main goal, but I know it'll take longer for the gg-gold and stanyouth to start working.
