Annoyed at shipping cost.

Unfortunately the car seat I ordered was damaged in transit and Aus post returned the item back to infa group (the item didn’t not arrive to me before it was returned) From here I was given a refund for the item which is great as I didn’t not want to mess around trying a second time. However I was not given a refund on the shipping. So I was left out of pocket by not fault of my own. And shipping cost on a car seat isn’t cheap..

As stated. I hate your grandure. Straps are uneven

Item not received - nil contact from company, tracking number provided but never arrived.
