Awful my product never arrived and you refused to send another

Return policy is terrible. Not even worth sending back the lousy shirt.

Sweatshirt was too big, same with free gift Tshirt so we had to ship them back to exchange them BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING to return them! $28!!!! Everything my son orders is medium & fits him. The model shown was wearing a Large & had similar measurements to my son but Medium was still too big!! So disappointing!
