I’’m unhappy that there seems to be a quality control issue, since 2 identical pairs of your pants did not fit the same. Also, I’m unhappy that I had to pay $17 in UPS ground shipping to return them. Most other sellers give free postage-paid return labels.

Returns was a pain and expensive. Unfortunately can’t return a sale item. Wanted to try on the clothes. The pictures looked good, the size charts were a bit off for the althetic sweatshirt

you guys need to figure out this return shipping thing, costs way too much to send items back and you don't have the brick and motor set up to allow for trying on. Always frustrating
