Oops, wrote that on my review. Not a good experience at all. Please fix your IT and shipping issues. Need better customer service. You have great products, and products that are needed. But you’ll loose customers like me if the other things aren’t fixed.

Your website seemed very good, but since I can’t reach anyone for customer service and I despair of getting my money back, my experience with Ina Labs is no stars.
