Love the packaging! however not clear description of serum vs oil difference and purpose

the product works but the consistency of the liquid powder itself is different each new bottle received (i have an auto shipment). it’s become consistent to receive product that is thick and gluey in texture and is difficult to apply. when it’s in the smooth, liquid powder as intended, it’s great. unfortunately with each shipment i receive it’s different and the inconsistency in the product is a bit frustrating and makes me reconsider the subscription to an auto shipment.

Oops, wrote that on my review. Not a good experience at all. Please fix your IT and shipping issues. Need better customer service. You have great products, and products that are needed. But you’ll loose customers like me if the other things aren’t fixed.
