I purchased a IKhokha mover pro from an advert on Facebook for business on the 27 July 2021 and completed the profile to aid in response time, until today 10 August 2021 I haven’t received any feedback OR response from the company!!! The customer call centre with the option for new purchases and queries are impossible to reach, even after several attempts.

Transportations from the 23rd still not settled to my account. I numerous emails and asked a consultant to call me and explain how you work still waiting. Received an email to send a selfie holding my ID book, I did that. Still didn't receive any response if it was in order or not. I really not happy with your service

I bought items from iKhokha on 9 July and to date I have not received it nor has anyone responded to my queries in terms of expected date of delivery and what the hold up is. Will never order from them again

It has been two full weeks since I heard from you people. The last communication I got was that my documents were sent to be FICA'ed. Prior to that, your email said FICA is quick and easy. But it has taken two full weeks and still no word from you. Not even to assure me that you haven't forgotten. If you do want my business or can't offer me your services, please refund me and let me go seek help somewhere else. This is really terrible. Seriously.
