process is very unclear,after payment is made on your website, but i received my ikhokha and setup it, almost 2 weeks later and have not received any settlement. send various emails without getting any email reply. Phoned and they were very friendly escalated my query but still no settlement and no reply from anyone as to what is still the holdup. very frustrating

I was promised a call back as not all my questions were answered.

I have nothing review here. Only to say I am not happy with the service. It is over a month now, I still have not received the device. I it would be better to as for a refund.
