LOVED the protein coffee!! It tastes like coffee with a little bit of creamer, not like drinking a protein shake. The first time I put the coffee in my new shaker cup and carried it in my gym back, the coffee had spilled in my bag. The lid (the white part that covers the mouth piece) is not secure at all and I was disappointed to pay for a cup that I can’t carry my protein coffee in

They are great about emailing you back immediately and taking the phone call fast, but suck at returns, if you're not sure about a flavor don't get it, they make you pay for the return...

The Quinoa Puffs are very good, however, they are too expensive for the amount of cereal in the box. I cannot justify paying over $13 per box with a discount coupon. If you plan to lower the price under $10 per box, I would order again.

I was disappointed by two main aspects of the product. I got Carmel Macchiato flavor. The most disappointing aspect is the lack of dissolvability. Other protein powders that I've bought are made in such a way that the fine powder simply dissolves in water when mixed or shaken in a shaker bottle (like the one that I got with my order). With THIS product though, shaking it turned it into a mixture that looked and felt a lot like water and sand. It barely dissolved at all, meaning it's not easy at all to make on the go. In fact, the only way I've been able to successfully make it is by mixing it in a blender. In addition, I really dislike the taste by itself. When I mix a little bit of it with coffee it's not bad, but I feel like I can't use it by itself (as is intended, to get a sufficient amount of protein) because when I have I found it gross and couldn't finish it. The concept is great, the marketing is great, but I was strongly disappointed in this product. Unfortunately, it seems like it was a waste of my money. I hope they make improvements to the products taste and dissolvability because the concept is great. I love both coffee and protein shakes. -Sean

It is not what you expect, I bought the caramel macchiato and it has a gritty taste. I've tried many different recipes and it's no way to make it taste okay in the mornings.
