My dogs just transitioned to this food because it is low carb and they LOVE it! Our last order was supposed to be here during the snowstorms that hit most of the US and the first shipment was lost. They shipped a second order as soon as the weather cleared, it arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely continue to order from Identity Pet!

food and service are great. Cans are difficult to open sometimes. Some cans need a can opener and this doesn't work so well- the blade is unable to reach a deep seated lid.
