We have had great experience with identity pet. It took awhile for them to get their subscription management website running smoothly, but once they did it has been convenient and easy. I’ve had one batch of food within the last several years that seemed to be bad and the cats would not touch it, even though it was the same species they had been eating. Your return process was not convenient so I ate the expensive cost of one case. So that was frustrating. But very responsive customer service and overall, great company to buy from and your food is amazing! Thank you, my cat family appreciates you.
