I’ve ordered products from IdentiFire before and have been very pleased with their products. I ordered the incorrect size numbers for my helmet passports, so I ordered another pair of numbers with the correct size (1”) and they sent me the wrong size (2”), so now I have 2 pairs of the wrong size numbers. Other than receiving the wrong size numbers, great products.

I ordered a red reflective (green in dark) radio strap name tag. And got a green one. Looks great in the dark but can barely read it in the daylight.

This issue has not been resolved.
