Easy and fast

Great asset to the stack when trying to build muscle and keep the muscles full! This is great to mix in with greens, electrolytes, protein shakes, or even cream of rice and oats! Best to have with a carb source! Highly recommend!

Honestly, this product was great. It has great flavoring and the results are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a little help burning fat.
