Love the product but not customer support
A second after purchasing a jeans, I realized the size was wrong. I picked an M instead of an L. I immediately reached out via email to customer service (the only way they can be contacted) but I didn't receive any answer. I did the same for the next 3 days but on the 4th day the order shipped. I got an answer days later saying that the email was in their Spam folder and that no size swap could be done. They would have made an exception and let me mail back the jeans to them (at my expense, which from the US is pretty much the cost of the jeans itself) and send me a new one. The customer care agent also told me a flat out "It is important to check/order correctly", definitely not the advice you need in that situation.
