Pants changed and look much worse now

I ordered 2 pairs of pants over the Black Friday sale - I paid almost as much duties on the goods as I did for the pants themselves, they did not fit as I wanted, so I went to return them and not only was I on the hook for paying for the return, but it also said that all sale items were final sale. Entirely my bad for not reading terms better, but I would’ve expected at least a little better customer service after purchasing. Material quality was underwhelming on top of that, and re-sale value is non-existent.
