I liked the products and wish they fit me but i did not like the experience of spending a lot of money being disappointed and not being able to return the products, being that i did not know this was case due to bad exposure of policies.

The dress is good quality. It was too small and I had to return. I wish I would have read that the denim was rigid, because there was no stretch. I usually wear a M/L in dresses or 8/10. And sometimes even a 12 depending on the material. The only size I could order was a L and it was too tight. I didn't like how my back looked in it. I did ask customer service if the dress would stretch, and they suggested I return. The only other issue is that the return wasn't free — which I should have read too. I did not know this brand was all the way in NZ. Which would explain the sizing possibly and that the return shipping wasn't free. I excitedly bought the dress from instagram and didn't read the fine print. So make sure that you do.

It said I qualified for free shipping but automatically charged $30 and there was no way to change it or any options.

Limited flexibility in sizing . I have thicker legs, so a lot of the items were too tight for me. Styles looked good though, would have loved to rock every piece.
