Beautiful but heavy

Great customer service. The designs look very nice on the pictures and in real life, however, there are a few flaws, the model that I got (men’s adventure 2.0) are beautiful, however, needs more support on the back, they feel a bit like flip flops, like they are going to come out of your foot. I also got the revolution 2.0 which I liked a lot, but they really need a helping strap on the back to help you put them on. Some minor flaws that you would expect a $130+ shoe would’ve thought about that. Shipping was fast.

I'll start with sizing; I think it is a guessing game. I am a female living in the States who normally wears a women's size 10 wide. I accidently ordered a men's size 10 here ... and they fit! Maybe a little extra room in the toe box, but not so much that I am tripping over my feet. They are very comfortable! I like the "negative" heel. I like these shoes so much, that I am going to order another pair.

I had a small issue returning wrong size but it has been corrected love the shoes...
