Shipping and service was great.

Unfortunately, I'm sending back my shoes; but, I truly love them. They are sitting here while I write this, lovingly rewrapped, dare I say even better than before, and that was stellar. I tried everything to be able to keep these shoes. I doubled down on my thick Bombas socks, but nothing worked and they needed to go back home and find new feet who could wear them and show them off, just as they deserve. The male to female sizing was still too big for this grandmother's lovely ankle and heel area. Yes, grandmother. All my her/she pronoun friends and family members of all ages love these shoes too and I've got my fingers and toes crossed that if there are enough she/her pronoun people who ask (nay demand!) them, they will make them for us too!

Love the design and materials of all your sneakers and shoes! I hope your company sticks around for a long long time. It’s easy to get swallowed up by the giant companies. I love having the choice of going to a great company that has a unique style. The big companies rarely innovate with their style choices. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Based on some of the reviews, I ordered the next size up - a very good move. They fit well right out of the box, although it did take a couple of wearings to break them in to a noce, comfortable fit.They're stylish and well-made, a perfect match with jeans or shorts.
